RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Issues with one of your products? No worries, things happen and we'll do our best to make sure we get it squared away as soon as possible :)

After receiving your order, you have 15 days to initiate the return process to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that to qualify for a return, the product must be un-used and in its original condition. To initiate the returns process, please email us directly at info@splitswimco.com with your order number, product you would like to return, and reason for the return. If possible, providing pictures of the item for us will help expedite the process. We'll provide you with further detail on how to proceed with the return. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item back to us.

After your return has been initiated and the product has been received, inspected, and verified eligible for return, the refund will be posted back to your original purchasing account within 5-7 business days.
