How long will it take to get my stuff?

Most orders are processed within 2-4 days before shipping. Additional shipping times vary depending on your location, but in general ship times will vary between 2-4 days as well. Please note that international orders will take longer.  

Where's my tracking info?

Tracking information is sent out after your order is fully processed. Please give it 2-4 days until you will receive tracking info. If you haven't received anything after that time-frame, drop us a line at info@splitswimco.com and we'll look into it right away! 

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?

Since we utilize multiple manufacturing and distribution locations across the US, it is possible that some products will get shipped out at different times to ensure you get your full order as quickly as possible. Don't worry : ) 

How do I change/cancel an order after it has been placed?

In some instances, we may be able to cancel or modify your order if we can catch it early enough. If you'd like to make a change, please email us ASAP at info@splitswimco.com with your order information and we'll see what we can do.
